Splitting off group hosting?

Before volunteer evaluation

Hosting visitors is the beginning of onboarding, possibly continuing towards Volunteer and Member. Many things should be known by people before they become Volunteers in my opinion, including at least the content captured in:

Collective Agreements relevant in the first days
Collective agreements relevant after the first days
Meeting culture
Additional norms
Emergency protocols
Position attributes table
something like User:Doug/How to make changes (i.e. general advice on how to do stuff without annoying/being annoyed)

We could make understanding this stuff a hard or soft requirement for becoming a Volunteer. But if we only do that, we could (still) end up with 1) people spending a lot of time as a Visitor without knowing this information, and 2) people "cramming" before an evaluation.

My preference would be therefore to spread this stuff across the first 3 check-ins (after which point Volunteer technically possible) in some rational way, at least as recommendations.
