Open workshop

The workshop was (re-)inaugurated as an Open Workshop for public use on the 16th of April 2024.

For the moment people can make appointments by mail at werkstatt@kanthaus.online or messaging apps at +4915126370301

We also plan to organize special events like bicycle repairs, knife sharpening parties, etc. This aims to also make it a social space for exchange, mutual help, skill-sharing and other forms of collaboration.

The Open Workshop is a member of Verbund Offener Werkstätten e.V., and also it is insured by it.

Three general rules for the Workshop:

Care for Safety: for yourself and others
Care for Tools: by proper and intended use, checking working condition and fixing or notifying when necessary.
Care for Order: by cleaning after work, and putting everything back in its place.
