Space code: K22-0-5
Purposes
- store electronic components
- store and use tools
- repair electronic devices
- manufacture electronic devices
Learning
If you want to learn about electronics, this is the best place. Contact the people who are written in on the sheet near the door.
Equipment
- Filament 3d printer
- Resin 3D printer
- components
- SMD soldering plate
- soldering irons
- hot air station
Changes to equipment
When you notice a change in the equipment:
- it doesn't work
- it is fixed
- you tried but it's still not fixed
then PLEASE make a note in the workshop notebook:
- date
- your name
- what it looked like before
- what you did (describe replaced and new components)
- what it looks like now
Notebook is on the desk.
Stuff
All the chargers and cables you can dream of. What is electrical and doesn't fit in other rooms comes here.
Experimental inventory
On the windowsill is an (incomplete) inventory folder. It describes where components are.
If you have trouble finding a component, check the inventory.
If you use a component that's not in, write it in.
If you add a new component, write it in.
Trash
Electrical trash goes under the desk. There it can be scavenged for components or used as sacrificial training pieces.
When too much gathers (aiming at 1 box), it's thrown outside.
Repairs
Things to repair should be placed on the desk. Describe the problem. Paper and pens are on the windowsill.
