Wiki style and formatting

• Use page headings and sub-headings in hierarchical logic - it's important for screen readers and other machines.
  • The lead section at the top requires no heading.
  • Don't use headings for emphasis! Use bold, or use templates
• Don't write "in progress", "WIP", "under construction", etc. This is always true, and is just clutter.
