Freezer

We have 3 freezers in Kanthaus.

One chest freezer, and one vertical freezer, both in the freezer room in K-20 basement.

A small freezer, part of the fridge, located in the Snack Kitchen.

We don't want too much of the same stuff. We want enough space to be able to accommodate a sudden large influx of food (specially in late summer, during harvest/gleaning season). When door is forgot open or not fully closed, there is ice build up, and we might need to defrost it. Label stuff if it will be unrecognizable later.
