Many things should be known by people ''before'' they become Volunteers in my opinion, including at least the content captured in:

			* something like [[User:Doug/How to make changes]] (i.e. general advice on how to do stuff without annoying/being annoyed)

			We could make understanding this stuff a hard or soft requirement for becoming a Volunteer. But if we only do that, we could (still) end up with 1) people spending a lot of time as a Visitor without knowing this information, and 2) people "cramming" before an evaluation.

			My preference would be therefore to spread this stuff across the first 3 check-ins (after which point Volunteer technically possible) in some rational way, at least as recommendations.

The main reason was to reduce redundancy, since Visitor-Host requirements are now declared in the Constitution. Still, it's not clear if all the information has been harvested into this page. So here is the english version:

This responsibility includes tour-guiding, question answering, helping to avoid common problems and resolving tensions. Hosts are also responsible for organizing a check-in for the Visitor after the Visitor has spent ~7 days at Kanthaus. The check-in round is an informal chat in which the Visitor, their host and one or two Volunteers/Members see how things are going for the Visitor and other residents.
